2008 RETURNS THANK YOU May 2009 With the completion of your 2008 return behind us, I want to thank you for your reliance on my tax services. It seems legislation affecting the Tax Code has become a common event. Last year there was a record breaking seven tax acts. It looks like 2009 will get its share as well. We’ve already had one tax act this year—the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and another tax act to deal with the temporary (for 2010 only) estate tax repeal seems almost certain. Thus, the complexity of tax law continues to increase with no end in sight. I am pleased you have allowed me to handle your tax matters.
